We are newly opened & wanting to expand our incredible team, we are looking for an exceptional, highly skilled Aesthetician to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform customized facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other advanced skin treatments.
- Consult with clients to assess their skin concerns and recommend personalized treatment plans and skincare regimens.
- Perform Lash Extensions and Lash Fills
- Perform Brow services such as waxing, brow lamination, and brow microblading.
- Educate clients on medical-grade skincare products and provide professional recommendations for at-home care.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in aesthetics and skincare.
- Maintain treatment rooms, sanitation protocols, and compliance standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aesthetics industry.
- Valid STATE License.
- Experience with facial treatments, medical-grade skincare, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
- Knowledge of cosmetic and medical aesthetics, including laser treatments, body contouring, and injectables (preferred but not required).
- Certified Laser experience ( preferred but not required)
- Proven ability to achieve client retention goals through exceptional customer service and outstanding results.
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
- Self-driven and highly motivated with a passion for aesthetics and continued learning.
- Some team management experience is a plus, but not required.
