We are currently seeking an exceptional Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Medical Doctor to join our founding team. This is a leadership-level opportunity for a provider who is ready to set the tone for clinical excellence, compliance, and patient-centered care.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the delivery of face-focused aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PDO threads, microneedling, and more
- Conduct in-depth consultations and build customized, long-term treatment plans
- Help set clinical standards and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and protocols
- Collaborate with ownership on practice growth, innovation, and service excellence
- Support a culture of empowerment and education—for both patients and team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), DO, MD in STATE
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics required
- Proven skill in facial injectables and non-surgical treatments
- Confident, compassionate communicator with a patient-first mindset
- A natural leader ready to set the bar for care, outcomes, and professionalism
- Must be open to working under a Medical Services Agreement (MSA) to ensure full compliance with state regulations
