Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized consultations and develop full facial balancing treatment plans
- Administer neurotoxins (e.g., Botox) and dermal fillers with precision and artistry
- Perform advanced skin treatments including PRP, microneedling, facials, and chemical peels
- Educate clients on skincare and treatment maintenance
- Collaborate with a team of providers and medical leadership to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Support in-house marketing initiatives by showcasing your work (before/after, social media, etc.)
- Uphold safety, documentation, and clinical compliance standards
- Continuously grow your knowledge of techniques, products, and trends
- Provide Aesthetic consultations where you can successfully earn trust, educate the client on all services and develop a custom treatment plan.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in STATE
- Must have a Rockstar Personality and be able to build strong patient relationships!
- Must be able to draw blood and or start an IV
- Minimum 3 years of aesthetic nursing experience required (this means working in a full-time or part time setting, not just obtaining training)
- Certified in cosmetic injectables (Botox and fillers strongly preferred)
- Some experience with PRP, microneedling, and medical-grade skincare
- Laser treatment experience a plus
- PDO Thread lift experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills, client rapport, and an aesthetic eye
- Collaborative, professional, and self-motivated with a passion for aesthetic medicine
- Must have portfolio or documentation of past aesthetic work or results (IG portfolio, client photos/testimonials, etc.)
- Be able to show your consultation skills
